Flexasoft’s Engagement Manager works Onsite in a consultative mode to help clients, get the best resources, tools, processes and methodologies for the entire end-to-end SDLC.
We engage our clients using any of the following models:
I. Fixed Bid: We offer to fix bid testing and development engagement to keep clients costs fixed for every release.
II. Pay-Per-Approved-Bug: ‘Pay-Per-Bug’, our Testing model, where clients pay per bug basis found in the cycle during testing, either onsite or offsite at our Redmond office.
III. Flexi-T&M: OnSite Testing at Offshore Price.
Flexasoft Onsite Testing Advantage - Staffed by former QA managers and executives (who’ve experienced the true costs of offshore testing first hand), we offer an on-demand onsite testing at offshore price model, where clients pay only for the services and the time they need our resources. With no contracts and commitments, this is a risk-free way that doesn’t involve any hidden costs.
Flexasoft enables its clients to choose (i.e. handpick) testers they want on their QA team - ensuring both transparency and accountability. This means, clients’ have access to testers that best matches their testing requirements, and since the testers are available on-demand, you can invite the same testers back, again and again.
